Our Story and Our Mission

Pana Compu was born during the Pandemic of 2020. It was created by a group of young software developers. We identified a gap in the market in Latin America for a profesional, easy to use and secure E-Commerce platform for technology products. While confined to our houses during the pandemic, we decided that this was the project for us. We had a strong background in software development and technology. Also, from having previously worked in the tourism industry we knew what it was like to give amazing customer support. So we decided to get to work.....

Sitting in our homes, with our computers, office chairs, and remote meetings, we decided that we wanted to build an E-Commerce technology store that was different to the rest. Our E-Commerce store was going to be different for 3 reasons:

The Website: We wanted to use the newest and fastest software development techniques to make the fastest and easiest to use website, 100% built and coded by us.
Customer Service: We were determined to take our high-quality customers service skills from our tourism industry experience and offer the same high level of customer service in our E-Commerce store.
Product Variety: We wanted to bring the variety of technology products that exist in Europe and North America to Latin America. This means that we should sell both affordable technology and high-end powerful technology.

Keeping those 3 reasons always in mind, we started coding as fast as we could to get our systems and website built. We finished coding and sold our first product online in February 2021.

The Website

We believe our website is the best in the market. It is fast, clean, and has filters that allow you find the products that you are looking for. You can buy on our site without having to create an account, and we have very detailed and accurate information about every product.

Of course, behind the scenes there are several systems built by us, allowing us to manage your orders, coordinate our amazing delivery service, and manage our accounting and finances.

Customer Service

As we come from a tourism background, we learned a lot about offering good service, both over email, chat, call and of course in person to people doing their tours. We know how to have fun and treat people well. We have brought these principals into Pana Compu. We aim to respond to peoples’ questions quickly and accurately. It is very important for us to do everything that we say we will do. This includes, deliver products on time, process refunds quickly, give amazing after sales support and help with all warranty requests.

To prove that we are dedicated to good customer support, we even opened physical pickup points where you can feel more comfortable collecting your products in case you do not want delivery. We have the pikcup points strategically placed to best suit our customers. We plan to open more pickup points in the future to be able to assist more customers.

Product Variety

As we are computer nerds, and we love technology, we always look for the best and the newest. In Europe and The United States you can get a huge range of products, from low-end to high-end. In Latin America it is especially difficult to get high-end products, and also hard to find a variety of Products. We continue to work to bring as much variety as possible to Latin America, including the high-end Products that you cannot get in the local stores.

The Future

At the time of writing this, we are operating in 2 countries and have millions of dollars of yearly sales. The amount of sales that we have and the amount of repeat customers that we have, shows that we are achieving what we have set out to do. Our customers keep coming back to us because they trust us and we do exactly what we say we are going to do. We are so proud that so many customers repeatedly trust us with their techonology purchases.

Our plan is very simple. We plan to open Pana Compu in as many countries as possible in Latin America, providing a variety of products and excellent customer service, and having the best website backed by the best technology and best customer service.
